Send us your photos
and tell us the uniform you would like your pet in, and our designer will produce a FREE mock-up for you
See your mock-up
If you like it, and would like to proceed, place your order and pay a deposit
We paint it
Throughout the painting process we'll update you with regular emails, as well as your own painting progress page!
Done!
When your painting is done, we send you a photo of it for your approval.
Only then do you pay the balance

What uniform/costume can I pick for my pet?
Anything you can imagine! Let us know what you are thinking and we will see if we can accommodate your wishes, or even better send us a photo of the costume or uniform that you have in mind and our designer will put your pet in it!
What if I don't like the mock-up?
Then don't buy it. Remember you have no risk, and no obligation to continue. Send us a photo of your pet along with the outfit that you would like them in and our designer will create you a mock-up so you can see what it looks like before you buy. This is completely FREE OF CHARGE. If you don't like it, don't buy it - or even better, tell us what you don't like and we will change it.
How much time does it take to paint my pet in uniform?
Our paintings take around a month from the date you place your order, until it is ready to be shipped. The painting itself will take around a week to complete, (depending upon the size that you order) and there are a further 9 stages that the painting must go through until it is ready to be shipped. We do offer an express service which is about one week quicker than our standard service and is a cost of £15.
Choosing the right background for your pet portrait.
Our designer will choose an appropriate background for your pet depending upon the uniform you have chosen, for example if you have chosen a chef, the background would be in a kitchen. You may want a particular background so please send that in to us along with the photo of your pet, and our designer will make that the backdrop to your painting.
Personalise your pet portrait by adding some text.
If you would like some text adding to your painting, please let us know what it is. Our designer will include the text in your mock-up so you can see how it looks and change the position, size and colour to suit you.
